Vividloop Service Agreement (v1.0)

This is a plain-language service agreement between your business ("Customer") and Vividloop ("Vividloop"). By clicking "I agree" and submitting, Customer accepts these terms.

1. What Vividloop will do.
   Vividloop will deliver a custom-built website on a vividloop.ai subdomain or, at Customer's option and additional cost, on a domain Customer owns. Vividloop will host, maintain, and update the site under the selected plan.

2. What Customer will pay.
   Customer agrees to the setup fee shown on signup and to a recurring monthly fee on the same date each month thereafter. Both are charged to the payment method Customer provides at signup.

3. How either side ends this.
   Either side may end this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once the site is built. Monthly fees are pro-rated to the day notice is given.

4. Who owns what.
   The website content (text, photos, business information Customer provides) is Customer's. The site template, code, hosting setup, and SEO tooling are Vividloop's and licensed to Customer only while this agreement is active.

5. What this does not promise.
   Vividloop does not guarantee any specific Google ranking, traffic level, or sales outcome. The site is a tool. The results depend on the work Customer does to use it.

6. Where disputes go.
   Florida law governs this agreement. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties goes to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.

By submitting, Customer acknowledges they have read this agreement and have authority to bind your business to it.
